cocker1.png Canada Del Oro Pet Clinic is proud to serve the Tucson AZ area for everything pet related.  Our veterinary clinic and animal hospital is run by Dr. Lark Behrens, who is a licensed, experienced Tucson veterinarian.

After 30 years in practice, Dr. Poage has sold the clinic to Dr. Lark Behrens. We are still in the same location in the Embassy Plaza just west of the clock tower nest to Teddy's Dog House. The address is 3918 W Ina Rd., Suite D-100. The staff at Canada del Oro Pet Clinic is still the same, Debbie Sanders and T.J. Pieh, so you will still have familiar faces to welcome you. Many of you may remember Dr. Behrens as she worked with Dr. Poage for several years. We will still be here to provide your pets health care needs!

Our goal is to provide caring and compassionate veterinary care to all of our clients and patients. We promise to show integrity in all that we do. We strive to maintain open communication with our clients and educate them regarding the condition and proper treatment of their pet. Our staff will continually improve our medical and surgical skills in order to provide you and your pet state-of-the-art care.

We're pleased to offer the following services in our Tucson Veterinary Clinic:

We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, as well as the first and third Saturday of each month from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm. We do accept walk-ins, however, appointments are recommended in the best interest of you and your pet. This assures ample time for proper examination of our patients and conserves your valuable time. We also always offer a drop-off service for added convenience.

Emergency & Urgent Care

We have a veterinarian and personnel on duty 6 days a week who are trained and equipped to handle any urgent care your pet has. Emergencies include rat poisoning, automobile injuries, and chocolate ingestion. In the event of an emergency during office hours, no appointment is necessary. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a team member can advise you on your particular emergency. Your pet will be seen and attended to as quickly as possible. Should you need assistance after hours or on holidays and weekends, we refer you to the following 24-hour emergency clinics:
